On Sept. 28, CEEM member-businesses Renewable Energy Alliance (RREAL), PACE Loan Group and Juhl Clean Energy Assets shared their unique clean energy projects in Central Minnesota.
CEEM, along with our partners Ceres, recently hosted a members-only webinar focused on answering clean energy businesses questions about the recently passed ECO Act, or Energy Conservation and Optimization, and how it’s being implemented.
Our first roadshow took place on Sept. 16 and highlighted projects from CEEM member-businesses Winona Renewable Energy, McKinstry and Nokomis Energy. This roadshow was the first in a series that will explore clean energy around the state.
“The business community needs a voice. You need to be involved more because there are voices bigger than yours and I have to jump over those rocks every day. This is serious. We can be clean energy nice but opponents make this path a lot harder. All we need to do is send the truthful message and be a neutralizer to those who want to stop this movement.”
The 2021 Minnesota Energy Factsheet Rollout Webinar event on Thursday, April 15, 2021 was to amplify the new report, provide an overview of the data points and hear how the report impacts Minnesotans from a panel of clean energy business and industry experts.
The 2021 Virtual Clean Energy Business Day at the Capitol was March 10, 2021 and was a day dedicated to sharing with legislators how Minnesota’s clean energy businesses are leading technology innovation and helping shape the future of Minnesota’s clean energy economy. The event was put on in partnership with the Center for Energy and the Environment (CEE), Clean Grid Alliance, MnSEIA and the U.S. Green Building Council. The event was sponsored by All Energy Solar and Apex Clean Energy.
The following webinar recap is based on “The 2020 election & what clean energy businesses need to know” event held by Clean Energy Economy MN (CEEM) on December 10, 2020 at 1 PM CST. The slides are available for review but there are no recordings of the event. 45 attendees joined the webinar to hear from Benjamin Stafford, CEEM’s Director of Government Affairs, Representative Patty Acomb (DFL – Minnetonka) and Senator David Senjem (R – Rochester).
