CEEM Welcomes Two New Board Members

Clean Energy Economy MN (CEEM) announced today the addition of Dr. Tushar Ganpulé and Tena Monson to the organization’s Board of Directors.

Board members possess diverse and deep understanding of clean energy markets


MINNEAPOLIS, MINN
– Clean Energy Economy MN (CEEM) announced today the addition of Dr. Tushar Ganpulé and Tena Monson to the organization’s Board of Directors.

“We are excited to welcome Tushar and Tena to our Board of Directors. They are outstanding leaders that possess significant understanding across key facets of our industry, including financing, corporate strategy and technology development. Their expertise and experience will bring valuable insight to our Board as we focus on growing an equitable and prosperous clean energy future for Minnesota,” said Gregg Mast, Executive Director of CEEM.

Tushar Ganpule headshotDr. Tushar Ganpulé is the Founder of Syflex Group, LLC, an angel investment principal and advisory firm. He has over 25 years of diverse experience in leadership roles ranging from hands-on engineering development to corporate finance investment banking, venture capital and general management in companies ranging from start-ups to large global companies, including Credit Suisse and 3M.

“I am delighted to be joining CEEM’s Board of Directors. I’ve been watching CEEM work with clean energy businesses and policymakers for the past few years and have been impressed with their accomplishments. I look forward to working with my fellow board members to further these important efforts and achieve the mission,” said Dr. Tushar Ganpulé.

Tena Monson HeadshotTena Monson has been in the renewable energy industry since 2013, working previously at Geronimo Energy, which has since been acquired by National Grid Renewables. She has extensive experience developing solar projects across the country, from smaller scale community solar projects to utility-scale projects. Tena’s current work is focused on project execution and risk mitigation for contracted projects. Prior to joining Geronimo Energy, Tena completed her Masters of Environmental Management at Duke University and holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict.
