ST. PAUL, MINN. – Governor Mark Dayton and Clean Energy Economy MN (CEEM) will unveil the third annual Clean Jobs Midwest Report on Wednesday, August 8 at 11:00 a.m. The Governor will be joined by clean energy businesses to speak about the economic gains this fast-growing industry has made in the past year and how it’s transforming both Minnesota’s energy systems and economy. Governor Dayton will also discuss the data in the report and what it means for the future of clean energy in Minnesota.

WHAT: The 2018 Clean Jobs Midwest Report examines how Minnesota and 11 other Midwest states stack up when it comes to adding jobs in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and electric vehicles, clean fuels and advanced grid.

The report will include state-based fact sheets for Minnesota and the other 11 states in the region, as well as an online database with job data by county, congressional district, and state legislative district.
