Join us at Nokomis Energy on June 18 from 4:30 - 6:30 PM as we debrief the 2024 Minnesota Legislative session and unwind with drinks, apps and networking!

Join us in person from 4:30-6:30 PM as we reflect on a productive 2024 Minnesota Legislative session where policymakers and the CEEM community dug into permitting reform and NextGen Highways. Unwind with drinks, apps and networking!

Doors open at 4:30 PM. Tickets are free for CEEM members and $25 for non-members. Each attendee will receive complimentary apps, catered by World Street Kitchen, and two (2) drink tickets.

  • Parking / arrival instructions:
    If driving/coming from the street, you can park in the lot just north of the building. Make sure to park behind (west) of the large billboard situated in the lot. Enter at the north door in the center of the building and go down one floor.
    If biking/coming from the greenway, you can bring your bike into the office off the greenway from the south. Our doors are the ones just west of the gazebo (MPLS Yoga).

Opening Remarks

Rep. Patty Acomb

Patty Acomb is serving in her third term as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. She represents a suburban district in the communities of Minnetonka, Wayzata, Woodland, Deephaven and Shorewood. Prior to being elected to the House, she served seven years as an at-large City Council member in Minnetonka.

Currently, Rep Acomb serves as Chair of the Climate and Energy Finance and Policy Committee and serves on the Sustainable Infrastructure Committee, Health Committee and the Ways and Means Committee as well as chairing the House Climate Action Caucus. In addition, she serves on the Legislative Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources, the Legislative Energy Commission, the Energy Transition Advisory Committee and the Government Advisory Committee to the US Environmental Protection Agency.
