The U.S. Congress passed HR1, and President Trump signed it into law on July 4, which includes significant changes to American energy policy. In late August, the Treasury Department released its guidance in response to HR1. The new law will have major implications for clean energy businesses in Minnesota and beyond as soon as quarter four of 2025.

Join us 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2025, for a members-only webinar featuring Jeremy Kalin and David Kaplan of CEEM-member Avisen Legal. Kalin will walk through the changes to the federal energy tax credits, highlight the key differences between current and potential federal energy policy, and share his insights on what businesses should be aware of moving forward.

There will be ample opportunity for participants to ask Kalin and Kaplan questions.

Please note that this is a member’s only event.
