The Minnesota Habitat Friendly Solar Program program supports the establishment of habitat for pollinators, songbirds, and other species at solar facilities in Minnesota. Support is provided through a combination of technical resources, collaboration with conservation partners and project assessment forms.

As part of a two-year process to engage stakeholders on the challenges and opportunities of electrification, the Minnesota Department of Commerce (DOC) commissioned a series of white-papers to develop policy analysis and policy recommendations for electrification related to equity, housing, transportation, and working in partnership with Tribal Nations.  

Join Grid Catalyst for an exciting afternoon with student teams from across the Midwest (ND, SD, NE, IA, MN). Teams will present short pitches of business plans to commercialize emerging energy technology. The winning team will go on to the national finals in Pittsburgh for a final pitch competition.
